Head of Founders Table

Amanda Leigh Walker is a former multi-location founder and fractional operations leader who now works as a high-performance coach for women in business. She supports ambitious founders navigating growth and expansion, blending operational precision with intuitive leadership. 

Within the Collective, Amanda leads our Founders Table initiativ,  a private forum for women building businesses. It is a space to share the realities of entrepreneurship: the wins, the pressure, the pivots and the persistence.

Amanda is also developing spiritual alignment programs designed to help women operate at their highest level — using strategy, intuition and everything available in this universe.

Chair

As Chair, Jacqueline helps guide the overall direction of The Success Collective. She believes that the environments we create shape how we feel, and is naturally drawn to designing spaces that are considered, refined and effortlessly inviting.

With a background working alongside senior executives in her corporate career, she is highly organised, intuitive and detail - driven. Jacqueline has stepped into her creative path, founding Mara Styling, where she brings her passion for interiors to life.

Jacqueline brings a grounded perspective on balancing ambition, creativity and family life. Jacqueline has been part of The Success Collective since its earliest days and has played a meaningful role in its growth.

Within the collective, she supports venue sourcing, styling direction and creative vision, alongside broader strategic guidance.

Kim doesn’t just record audio; she builds platforms for the voices that have been historically talked over. 

As a fierce feminist and outspoken advocate, her work is a direct response to a career spent navigating boardrooms and industries that weren’t built with her in mind.

Having witnessed firsthand how often women are sidelined, she founded Dash Made Studios because she realised "good intentions" don’t change the conversation, access does.

Within The Success Collective, Kim leads all media initiatives, from technical podcast production to strategic positioning. She provides women with the competitive edge they need to thrive in a male dominated business landscape by helping them own their stories and amplify their expertise.

Beyond the studio, Kim oversees new member onboarding, ensuring every woman who joins the Collective feels seen, welcomed, and genuinely connected. 

Kim’s vision is to cultivate a community where equity is the foundation, creating a space where everyone feels empowered to contribute and lead in their own unique way.

Events Curator 

Brittany is a seasoned event producer and venue sourcing specialist with over a decade of experience in crafting impactful corporate and creative experiences across Australia. As the founder of Resonance Place, she blends a sharp commercial mindset with a creative background in theatre and brand activations to elevate how people gather.

In her role as our Events Curator and Event Experience Lead, Brittany brings her signature touch to every Success Collective gathering. She is the strategist behind our atmosphere, ensuring each event is more than just a meeting, but a seamless and memorable experience for our community.

Her expertise spans large-scale conferences to intimate dinners, having produced events for the Melbourne Fashion Festival.

Whether she is scouting a hidden gem of a venue or styling a workshop, Brittany focuses on seamless execution and genuine connection.
